Since 1851, Shafston House has stood on the banks of the Brisbane River. Carefully restored, it becomes the heart of Australia’s first Capella Residences, and one of only three standalone globally. Set within a one-hectare heritage-listed riverfront estate in the heart of Kangaroo Point, Capella Residences Brisbane offers expansive half and full floor residences, all overlooking the Brisbane River. Developed by Verso Projects, with architecture by Kerry Hill Architects and interiors by 1508 London.
